    Half Term Break

    A reminder that the College is closed from Wednesday (25th) for the Half Term Break and will re-open on Sunday (29th) at the usual time. 

    Pink Day 29th October 

    To support the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign that occurs globally in October, pupils are invited to wear pink clothing, or accessorise their uniform with pink on Sunday 29th October. Clothing must remain in line with College uniform policy, including the wearing of sensible footwear, and girls must ensure that they have knees and shoulders covered.

    Pink Coffee Morning

    The Junior School will be having a 'Pink Coffee Morning' hosted by the Friends of Brighton and the Pupil Council. Parents are invited from across the whole College, to meet other parents and to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. They can contribute pink cakes although there will be some provided. The Pupil Council will be there to meet and greet and offer cakes to parents. The event will take place in the Junior School Dining Room from 7.50 to 9.00am on the 29th October. We would love people to join us and be part of our first Coffee morning for the school year. A poster for the event can be viewed here

    PE department reminder

    Please could all parents remind their children that underwear should not be worn in the swimming pool for health and safety reasons.

    Think Science Competition 2017 – Year 10, 11, 12 & 13

    Parent Consultation Meeting Year 10 & 12 

    We would like to invite parents of pupils in Year 10 & Year 12 to attend the Parent Consultation meeting for this academic term on Monday 30th October from 4.00 - 7.00 pm. Pupils have appointment booking sheets in their planners – please ensure these are filled in so your child can confirm appointments with their teachers. The evening will provide you with the opportunity to discuss your child’s academic performance, alongside their general effort and progress, with each of their teachers.     FIFA World Cup Football Experience Year 5 to 13

    Pupils will have the opportunity to take part in an impressive and exciting experience on International Day, 1st November, and will be asked to attend in PE kit. The football experience costs 20AED and includes a match ticket for one of the games that will be played here in Al Ain at the Hazza Bin Zayed stadium. A letter from the Director of Sport can be read here, containing more information and a link to a Consent Form. Please note that pupils will not be allowed to participate without submission of this form and payment of 20AED.
