    Darkness into Light 

    The Foot Golf awareness event will take place today at the Al Ain Golf Club. Sessions will run at 5.00, 6.00 and 7.30pm. It promises to be so much fun and you would be helping such a worthy cause. Don’t forget to wake up and walk with us for this very important event in Al Ain on Saturday 12th May!     Prices are: GAA members: 80AED  Non-members: 100AED  Children: 60AED
    These prices include the Foot Golf, buffet and prizes.

    Al Ain Zoo Run

    Following on from the invitation issued in the Brighton Bulletin last term, our PE department are looking forward to running with you tomorrow! College running vests will be provided for those entering and can be collected before the event from Mr. Schooley on the morning of the event at the Zoo entrance on Friday 13th April.     Junior School Assistant Librarian

    We are currently recruiting for the role of a Junior School Assistant Librarian. The Assistant Librarian is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Junior School Library and for providing an effective information service to students and staff.     Peter Pan

    The Performing Arts Department is thrilled to announce that, thanks to a new projector, we are able to go ahead with our screening of the National Theatre production of Peter Pan. The new date for this will be Thursday 26th April at 8:30am and is open to pupils only in Year 3 and up.
    If you previously purchased a ticket for this event, you will have already received an email with further details for your children.
    If you were not able to purchase last time, we do have a small of number of tickets still available.
    Please follow this google link: to reserve your ticket and then proceed with payment of 50aed to the College Finance office. Payment is due by Tuesday 24th April at 4pm after which any unpaid reservations will be cancelled.


    The Food Nation Menu for this term can be found here. The menu is based on a two week, rotating menu i.e. next week is Week 2 and the following week will go back to Week 1 etc.

    We are pleased to invite our FS2 parents to join us for the FS2 performance of Chicken Licken. The show will take place on Tuesday 1st May at 8.15 in the College Theatre. We look forward to seeing you!

    Ski Dubai trip

    Enjoy some fun on the slopes of Ski Dubai, Mall of the Emirates. This is a great opportunity to learn to ski, refresh your techniques or try something new. All pupils in Years 8-13 are invited to join us on Thursday 10th May from 7:30am to 5pm. The cost of the trip is 275aed, due to the Finance office by Thursday 26th April at 4pm.

    Well-being Week

    Next week, Senior School pupils will be taking part in an imaginative and impressive variety of activities relating to the topic: Health. Sessions on Mental Health Awareness, Nutrition, Fitness and Hygiene will be woven into the timetable, incorporating yoga, HIIT, debate, reflexology and Tai Chi. Pupils should bring their PE kit/trainers into College every day next week, in order to benefit fully.

    Following on from 2017's exciting event, we are delighted to announce that Hampden House will be hosting BCAAx, a TED style event, on Tuesday 8th May at 6pm in the College Theatre.
    The event is open to pupils and parents from across the community and we encourage entries from pupils in any of the Houses. Auditions will take place on Wednesday 18th April (girls) and Thursday 19th April (boys) in the College Theatre at lunchtime. 
    We would also like to invite any interested parents to propose TED style presentations for BCAAx this year. If you have a passion, skill or something else you would like to present to our community, or if you would like further information, please contact Mr. Wilson: or Miss Mair:

    Class 2018 Graduation Ceremony

    The College graduation ceremony for our leavers from Year 12 and 13 will take place on Wednesday 2nd May at 7.00pm in the College Theatre. The family and friends of our graduates will be receiving invitations shortly. 

    Study leave

    Study Leave for all Year 11 & 12 AS level pupils and Year 13 pupils commences on Sunday 13th May. If your son/daughter wishes to meet with any teachers during this time, he/she should email teachers directly to arrange an appointment.
