Junior School Teacher

The Junior School at Brighton College Al Ain provides outstanding care and education for young children, from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 5.

Applications are warmly welcomed from excellent primary school teachers who hold a relevant degree, at least two years of teaching experience and have a very clear understanding of the characteristics of outstanding teaching and learning.


We are seeking caring teachers who love working with young children, demonstrative positivity and an excellent team spirit, and who consistently deliver high quality lessons. In particular, we seek individuals who prefer a very creative, cross-curricular approach to teaching and learning, with opportunities for pupil choice, to ensure that all children are highly engaged in and excited about their learning. Further, we wish to appoint candidates who understand how to differentiate, scaffold and use assessment for learning strategies very effectively, to ensure that all pupils make excellent progress and optimal attainment.


All members of the teaching staff are expected to provide extra-curricular activities and are also required to contribute to the wider community life of Brighton College Al Ain.
